Quality Assurance

Every component is manufactured from raw material meeting our incoming material quality plan along with Incoming Test Reports.

  • Components are taken up for production as per Approved Process Flow Chart.
  • Each component is manufactured against In Process Quality Plan including customer Validated Process Control Machine Parameter sheets.
  • Each moulded part is checked for deviations from allowed dimentional tolerance from
  • Pre-authenticated Limit Samples.

S.P.C.:

Statistical Process Control is an effective method used by our company for Monitoring a process through the use of Control Charts. In addition to reducing waste, SPC has lead to a reduction in the time required to produce the product or service from end to end.

F.M.E.A:

We regularly use F.M.E.A.as a procedure to analyse potential failure modes within a system for classification by severity or determination of the effects of failures on the system.

Caliberation Certifications

All Gauges and Instruments are regularly Calibrated through approved Testing Labs.

 

C.A.P.A. - Corrective Action Preventive Action Plan:

CAPA focuses on the systematic investigation of discrepancies (failures and/or deviations) in an attempt to prevent their recurrence (for corrective action) or prevent from occurrence (for preventive action). To ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effective, the systematic investigation of the failure incidence is pivotal in identifying the corrective and preventive actions undertaken.

CAPA is part of our overall Quality Management System (QMS).

 

Full Traceabilty:

All products dispatched from our factory are tagged for full Traceability in case of any Quality issue at the Cliernts end namely from the point of view of Traceabilty of Raw material used ,Shift Supervisor and Operator who under took the Production Processes, Quality Inspector under whom the lot was approved for dispatch etc.
